Beauty Facial At Home


Sometimes people are too busy they forget that skin care treatment is important. Too busy that they don't have time to go to the spa for their skin maintenance. Actually the process of cleansing, exfoliating, steaming, and hydrating can be done at your own home with some basic ingredients and steps. Those basic ingredients can sometimes be found at your own household. These treatments will help revitalized your skin, replenish essential nutrients and reduce the sign of skin damage.

Here are the products that you need
  • Facial moisturizer
  • facial cleanser
  • face masks
  • cotton balls
  • towel
  • large bowl of hot steamy water
  • facial scrub
  • eye cream

The time required for the procedure doesn't take too long you only need 30 to 45 minutes.

The first process is to relax your mind, aromatic candles will be a big help. You can also turn on some soft music to be more relax.

Cleanse your skin using the cleanser to remove the dirt. Do it gently and make sure that no traces of make up will be left behind. Using the milk cleanser clean your skin gently in a circular motion. Apply cleanser to your face and throat using an upward circular motion all the way up to your hairline down to your breastbone. After that rinse it well with a water ad pat it dry.

Exfoliate your face with a gentle facial scrub. In your own kitchen you can find a proven grained-based scrub like oatmeal. Work harder on every part that are more oily and make sure that you use scrubs that don't dry your face. After that you can rinse it with a lukewarm water.

Steaming is essential. It helps to open the pores and increases the circulation on the surface of your skin. Lavender, mint and rose witch hazel herbs are useful for oily skin while celendula and chamomile for sensitive skin. Pour a hot steamy water to a place your going to do your facial. Do it in about 10 to 15 minutes.

Use toner to replenish the pores by misting it or use a cotton pad.

Last thing to do is to moisturize your skin according to its type. Use a lotion and apply it all over your face and neck avoiding the area around your eyes. Use an eye cream around your eyes.
It is an easy thing to do and follow. You can do it at least once a every week for a more beautiful result.
